I've had work-related things that have -*GASP*- kept me from doing a derby comic this week! Sometimes -*GASP GASP*- other things have to take precedence! Take, for example, my wonderful niece's birthday coming up. Here's a little present I'm making for her- let's hope she's not one of these internet-savvy tykes & sees this before it gets to her...

I've been trying to update my roller derby comic every Monday, but... there was just WAAAAAY too much derby goodness going on this weekend to finish a comic! In the meantime, please enjoy these pictures of a special present I got in the mail the other day...

I'm a believer in following your passions, even if you're not always sure where those passions will lead you. I'm having fun exploring new styles & new subject matters, even if I'm not sure where it's going just yet... So! Here's a poster I did this week, in a new (-ish) style for me! Guess what- I don't even CARE that my chest looks all bony in this picture, like the bony ladies in the "This Bony Lady is Uglier than Marilyn Monroe" memes that have been going around. No, this picture- and the memories that go with it- only makes me happy. :)
